New Poll: Should SoCal Buy Metallic Strips?

New poll question: Should SoCal Division buy metallic strips for its own use?

The strips would improve the quality of qualifiers and divisional tournaments, but would also deplete cash reserves somewhat.

Results for Tournament Poll

After ten frantic days of voting, the results are in.  SoCal fencers expressed a preference for cheaper, self-directed division tournaments.  However, the results were not the landslide some were predicting.

36 fencers, or 58% of those voting, preferred the $20 self-directed tournament model.

26 fencers, or 41% of those votinig, preferred the $40 paid directors tournament model.

The board thanks those who voted for expressing their preferences and will take their views into consideraton.
